We want all customers to use the bank’s financial services in comfort. This is why we introduced many improvements for people with sight, hearing and motor impairments – branches, ATMs, voice telephone service as well as website without barriers, all accessible to them. In improving access to mobile solutions, i.a. e-government, buying municipal transport tickets, paying parking charges or motorway tolls, we open access to banking and non-banking services anywhere and anytime.

We believe that it makes sense to form good financial habits already in childhood, this is why we are conducting the “Financial ABCs” kindergarten education programme. So far in the project we have educated almost 70,000 children.

We are convinced that the employees know best what the needs of local communities are. This is why when awarding grants for best volunteering projects, we help them carry out community actions. The Bank’s employees – volunteers support highly diverse projects – from renovation works to education and environmental projects.

In order to reduce the bank’s impact on the natural environment we are monitoring consumption of water, energy and fuels, introducing green solutions and products, financing projects in a responsible way. Our suppliers and corporate customers undertake to observe environmental protection rules.
