Employee surveys

In 2016, the employee satisfaction survey was carried out in the form of an anonymous and confidential electronic poll. The employees had the opportunity to speak about their working environment, terms of employment, cooperation with their colleagues and bosses. The results of the survey showed an increase in employee satisfaction and motivation as compared to the previous survey, while the motivation indicator reached the record high level in the history of the survey. The results were presented to the Bank’s Management Board. Also, a detailed analysis was conducted of the individual areas of the Bank’s operations. The results are used to guide the activities undertaken within the Bank’s HR policy.
