Competence development programs
The Bank conducts extensive development programs. One of them is M#leaders, an innovative management competence development program. By participating in a cycle of meetings with the features of a workshop, a case study and a group coaching exercise, managers have been effectively growing their leadership skills. Two training paths were prepared this year: Leadership Fundamentals for new program participants (attended by 83 people) and Leadership Next Level for the participants of the previous edition of the program (attended by 89 people).
Training for the Corporate Banking area
For more than two years now, new programs have been implemented in the Corporate Banking area to improve knowledge and competence of relationship managers and the management. They include, among others: Corporate Banking Leader, a management competence growth program for Macroregion Directors and Regional Directors combined with a 360 degree evaluation and Professional Relationship Manager, a certification program for Relationship Managers. They are aimed at maintaining high and uniform customer service standards shared by all employees.
New orientation training model
A new orientation training model has been implemented to help new employees launch their career in the Bank’s branch. The training was extended from 3 to 5 weeks and consists of three stages: training at the head office, on-job training at the branch under supervision of an experienced employee and another round of training at the head office to allow the employees to supplement their knowledge of products and service standards.
