Freedom of association
The Bank has no trade unions or collective bargaining agreements. [GRI 102-41] Dialogue with employees is conducted using internal communication measures. Through the Intranet, employees are informed that they are entitled to elect the Council of Bank Employees.
The HR Department runs a HR Zone intranet site, where it regularly posts all the necessary information about employee matters. Every employee has access to his/her HR information through the Milliludzie Intranet system. If this information is not sufficient, an employee may file a direct inquiry to the HR Department using the HR Service employee service system or talk to his/her HR assistant – a HR Department employee assigned to his/her service.
Information and opinions are exchanged with employees also through the Milleforum discussion forum and through the intranet. Employees are able to ask questions about not only the products offered by the Bank but also different solutions applied throughout the Bank. On the forum, employees ask questions to experts from a given area and exchange opinions on various solutions used in the Bank, such as e.g. the bonus system, working time, social benefits.
