Bank Millennium Group
For 27 years, Bank Millennium has been providing universal financial services to Clients from all market segments through the national chain of branches, individual relationship managers and electronic banking channels. The Bank’s market offering is supplemented by Bank Millennium Group companies: Millennium Leasing, Millennium Dom Maklerski and Millennium Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych.
The activity of the remaining Group companies supports the execution of infrastructural projects and is not described in this report. [GRI 102-45] There was one change in the Group’s structure as compared to 2015 relating to the bank’s holdings in Millennium Goodie sp. z o.o. The bank purchased 55% of the company’s shares from Millennium Leasing sp. o.o. and it is currently the sole shareholder of Millennium Goodie.

Bank Millennium is a joint stock company that has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 1992. [GRI 102-5] The Bank and its subsidiaries operate in the Republic of Poland. [GRI 102-4] The Bank’s Head Office is located in Warsaw while some of its head office functions are also performed in Gdańsk. [GRI 102-3]

Bank Millennium shareholders
As at 31 December 2016, Bank Millennium had three major shareholders with over 5% of votes at the Shareholder Meeting.
Millennium bcp, the largest private bank in Portugal, as the strategic investor, holds 50.1% of all Bank Millennium shares.
The second largest shareholder is Poland’s largest pension fund, Nationale-Nederlanden OFE (formerly ING OFE), which held 9.94% of the Bank’s shares as at 31 December 2016 and Aviva OFE, the second largest pension fund, which held 5.45% of the share capital as at 31 December 2016. The remaining shares, i.e. 34.51% of the share capital are dispersed among the Polish and foreign shareholding, both institutional and individual.
